  We were unable to close one of the windows

  Despite our best efforts, we were unable to close one of the upstairs windows. We contacted this company, explained that we were unable to make the home secure and would need to go out the next day. They came on the day contacted at the time agreed (which was impressive because the previous job had been in Derbyshire on a day there was problems on the motorway). He studied the window, identified the issue, gave us an acceptable quote, resolved the issue and did a couple of other minor repairs he had noticed with no extra charge. They are certainly a frim we would use again if needed.

  Bedroom window

  Accidentally broke a pane of sealed unit. Gary measured up and quoted for the job. Within a week new sealed unit fitted. Great service

  Door repair

  I contacted Gary to advise of a problem with my double glazed door not locking. That day he came to assess the job, provided a very competitive quote and arranged to return on a specified date and time. Chris the glazing guy returned at the agreed time, completed the job also helping with additional doors which were sticking. He was polite and respected my home. A small job very well done. I would certainly use this team again and recommend anyone to give them a call if they need help. Thank you Gary and Chris

  Replacing the catch on a window

  There was no call-out charge and no job too small attitude. The firm replaced my window catch without any hidden extra charges and I had peace of mind that my window was secure. The workman was very helpful and flexible about working and did the job with no hassle. Great to deal with, would recommend the firm absolutely.

  Patio door step

  G Parkinson Property Maintenance Chris came to fix a major scratch that had gone down to the metal on the back patio door step , what can I say that the workmanship of this company was outstanding from start to the perfection of the finish . Thank you for doing an amazing job , can’t recommend this company enough .
