My experience with Only Rods & Hoses was nothing short of excellent. Our downstairs lavatory was backing up. Zoe, who picked up the call, was polite, friendly and professional and I was fortunate to get someone to come out within 75 minutes. Peter was extremely thorough in investigating and resolving the problem, which was not straightforward (oddly connected pipework, rusted screws on a manhole cover) - his hard work was much appreciated. The guys arrived on time and with an upbeat attitude. We had asked them to fix the mains drain outside. They were only too happy to answer any questions and explain what they would be doing. We have used Only Rods and Hoses on a number of occasions and they are brilliant! We had a blocked drain and an engineer arrived quickly after we contacted them - literally within an hour. Joseph was excellent - quickly sorted the problem, was super helpful and left everything spotless.
