  Professional approach and clear communication

  I used Everlast Roofing to investigate and repair a persistent roof leak and was pleased with their professionalism. James communicated excellently and clearly throughout, while Elliot worked extremely hard on the repairs. Both were polite and punctual, and took time to explain the work. As the job progressed it became clear the issue was more complex than first thought, but I was kept informed of additional problems and costs before proceeding. They were determined to get to the root cause, provided regular photo and video updates, and the issue is now resolved. Would recommend.
