The team from cleanse correct were absolutely lovely and very accommodating. The place I was moving into was not left in great condition, especially the oven and bathrooms. The team were able to make everything sparkling fresh in only a few hours. I also had a scheduling issue, entirely my own fault, which meant they couldn’t finish off one bathroom. They were able to come back another day at very short notice and finalise the bathroom. Overall a very pleasant experience. Ashley was great to deal with - responsive and clear with his replies. We had a tight turnaround time and no flexibility on dates, and he made it work without any issues. On the day, Cleanse Correct liaised with our estate agent for the keys. They were punctual and did a great job. They offered to stay longer at the end to give us time to inspect the property, in case there was anything further that required cleaning, but everything was already spotless. The team arrived on time and were very friendly. They introduced themselves before getting to work. The cleaning for a 2 bedroom flat was done in roughly 3 and a half hours and to an exceptional standard. Highly recommend.Verified reviewerJob location: SW15
