  I needed work on the roof and gutters of my new house and obtained a few quotes. James at Everlast was no doubt the most professional of them all. He explained everything clearly, took the time to answer my questions and showed me photos and videos throughout the process. He is very knowledgeable and conducts himself in an approachable manner which gave me confidence and trust in his services. His staff dealt with everything to a high standard and very efficiently. The issues have now been dealt with comprehensively and a few extra touch ups to the house have freshened up the exterior.

  Everlast roofing work

  We engaged Everlast to carry out a moss and debris clear on our large roof space and guttering . On inspection we were advised that most ridge tiles on the roof also needed repointing and some remedial work was needed on the chimney and we agreed a price for this further work .The moss clearing took longer than originally envisaged but the work was still done for the agreed fee and was excellent as was the repointing and chimney work. The two roofers used were very pleasant and helpful and cleaned up to a high standard. We would certainly recommend this firm.

  Friendly and professional repairs

  James and the team were very helpful and professional. We needed repair to slipped flashing in our pitched roof and a couple of slipped tiles, which meant there was water coming into our loft space. James explained really clearly what our options were, timelines and costs. Good communications at a busy time of year, we did have to wait a couple of weeks due to weather and other work, but when the team came they were very comprehensive approach as they also fixed other slipped tiles and damaged areas. Work to roof was finished in a day and James and his scaffolding contacts were flexible

  Outstanding Service and Quick Response from a Reliable Roofer

  We had a roof leak during heavy rain and discovered the flashing on our party wall had come loose. We messaged James late in the evening, and he replied straight away, then came first thing in the morning to inspect and fix it.   Excellent communication throughout, from issuing the quote to confirming the start date and providing regular updates during the work. I received clear progress reports, always supported with photos and videos, and options were discussed openly when decisions needed to be made.
