  Interior and exterior decorating work

  This is the third job that Charlie and his team have done for us, this one involving interior and exterior work and (once again) we were very happy. The team worked for part of the job alongside another team doing an electrical job and were very flexible in their approach throughout. We will certainly be asking Charlie to quote for our next job and would happily recommend him to others.

  Exterior decoration

  This is the second job that Charlie and his team have done for me and once again I was very pleased with the outcome. This was some external decoration and (as before) they came when they said they would, did a thorough job in a friendly manner and left everything nice and tidy. I would certainly recommend them.

  Washing machine problem

  John has helped me before and was great so I called him when my washing machine stopped working. Once I has described the issue over the phone he suggested that I try a quick fix before he came round and gave me a tip on how to attempt this with the minimum of mess. I followed his instructions and was able to locate and remove the obstruction myself. A real expert, and friendly with it.

  Advice on an oven

  I phoned John to make an appointment for him to come round to look at our oven as he had previously done a great job for us. John diagnosed the issue over the phone, advised on the fix and didn't charge me a penny. What a gentleman.

  Job done very well with disruption kept to a minimum. The team turned up when they said they would and extras that came up during the course of the job were discussed and agreed in advance. Excellent clean-up afterwards and minor snagging points dealt with quickly. Would recommend.

  Kris did a very neat job for the agreed price. The tile supplier had not got the order quite right and so Kris was very happy to return on another day when the missing tiles had been provided in order to fix these.

  Chimney breast removal and replastering room

  Job completed on time and to budget with minimum of mess and disruption. Richard was very helpful in suggesting a change in the job once it had started in order to give a better result. I have had no hesitation in passing Richard's details on to a friend who is looking to undertake a similar project.
