Richard and his team completed a full house renovation including L-shaped extension, removal of chimney breast, installation of bathroom, kitchen, utility room, underfloor heating, as well as replastering and decorating throughout. We would absolute recommend Richard and his team. All the works were completed to a high standard, ahead of schedule, and in line with agreed costs. His team worked really well with any contractors we selected. Richard was always available on site to talk through progress and decisions. We brought in Richard and his team to restructure and renovate most of our house and much of the driveway/patio. This included structural work, drainage, underfloor heating, new kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms, shower room, downstairs WC, and a garage-to-utility room conversion. The entire project took close to a year to plan, schedule, execute and complete. SBS were with us every step of the way and gave us a great sense of confidence in their work, approach, honesty and integrity.
