John responded incredibly quickly to my job request on a Sunday evening - he rang straight away and we quickly identified what was needed. Unfortunately he didn’t have the spare part required but was able to get one for the next day. We agreed a time and John has bang on time. The repair was carried out very efficiently. John is a very nice chap and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
