John called me straight away. He talked me through some ways to test what was wrong and diagnosed the problem and how much it would cost to fully repair, which made a replacement cheaper. Job location: KT19John diagnosed the problem over the phone so he could order the part in advance of his visit, and could give me a total price for the quote. He fixed it in one visit, there were no hidden costs, and he was a very nice guy.10 New element in the cooker.
