  Painting work

  Charlie has done a great job decorating our entire split level property including all the woodworks. Walls and stairs were previously painted very dark and he managed to turn them to light colors satisfactorily. He also repaired our old windows and repainted to make them last longer. Charlie and his teammate Tony are very disciplined and dedicated. They started very early every day and worked until late till the work is done with decent quality. Strongly recommend.

  Painting of front house including wall, porch front door and window cills

  Charlie and Tony were great to work with. Arrived when said they would, worked long days to maximise the good weather we had and kept us updated on any additional work needed that was not in original quote and glad they were still able to finish on time. Happy with overall finish and end result.

  Repainting rendering, respraying aluminium windows

  "Charles is unhappy until he has made it perfect and you are happy too! He made a few visits to inspect and ensure no details were overlooked. Comes early, works a full day every day. Repaired and painted white rendered external walls, resprayed black aluminium double glazed windows. Takes great care with all preparation and protection of the surrounding areas and ensures a quality finish. It took him and his team 2 full weeks and he kept to his price. I would use home again.   Kitchen Replacement

  We used Sinclair Refurbishments & Decorations to take out our old office kitchen and replace it with you. Charlie and his team we extremely professional, efficient and polite. The job was completed on schedule and to a high standard without causing disruption to the day to day running of the office. There were a few unexpected problems they faced like the back wall having a steel plate and electrics not being in the correct place however, Charlie resolved all problems without a fuss. We couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen and would have no hesitation in recommending Charlie and his team.

  Living room and hallway renovation

  Charlie did a brilliant job redecorating our hallway and living room. Our walls aren't straight with being in an old maisonette and still did a sterling job. Finished the job on time and was clean and tidy as he worked. Also arranged an electrician and plumber for lights and radiators who both charged a very reasonable rate. A couple of months on since this work and still so happy with the result.
