  Paul was brilliant from start to finish of this job. He contacted me straight after I sent him my enquiry. He asked for further details and photographs, which resulted in him then sending me a quote and his availability to come and carry out the work. When onsite, Paul was really friendly, helpful and fully explained the situation and how it needed to be rectified. He went above and beyond to find out the source of the problem and came up with a clever solution and throughly cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend him and have no hesitation in contacting him again in the future.

  Security Alarm Upgrade

  We recently upgraded our security alarm system, and we're really pleased with the outcome. The new system is faster, more reliable, and much easier to use than our previous setup. The monitoring features are more advanced, and the mobile app makes it simple to check the system and receive alerts in real time. Right through from the initial quote visit, to liaising with the office staff (especially Sam, who was so patient and helpful) right through to the recent installation (carried out by a lovely gentlemen called Tony), everything was smooth and clearly explained. Highly recommended!

  Replacing floorboards on landing

  We were extremely pleased with the work Mark carried out. His communication was excellent, and the carpentry was completed to an exceptionally high standard, so we will certainly use him again in the future. Mark was pleasant to work with, offered helpful suggestions when unexpected issues arose, and made sure to tidy up at the end of each day.   Sanding and oiling a new oak desk.

  Darko sanded and oiled a new oak worktop to be used as a desk. He also attached the worktop to two Ikea cabinets - working out how to remove the drawers which was baffling us as we couldn't do it! Darko was polite, a good communicator and carried out the work in a timely and tidy manner. We will definitely use him again for handyman jobs around our home.

  Electrical light fault finding, maintenance works & replacement down lighter.

  Bathroom repairs - bath/toilet/basin taps

  An excellent experience using Robert to carry out various repairs in the bathroom of my rental property. He is an excellent communicator, provided a comparable and detailed quote for works to be undertaken and went above and beyond by installing taps to isolate each bathroom feature. I was also impressed that he could carry out the repair works within a couple of days of providing the quote. He explained all works to my tenants and sent me detailed photos and videos. I will definitely use Robert again for any future plumbing work required. Many thanks :)

  Fence timber repair

  Thank you so much to Gary and his team for fixing my garden fence. The whole process from reaching out to Gary, him popping over to quote (which I was very happy with and comparable with others I received), and advise on work needed; to him booking me in a few days later and completing the job today has been smooth and effortless. Jon carried out the work to a high standard and was keen to make sure I was entirely happy with his work - which I was.
