10 Blocked channel drain at front of house causing flooding during heavy rainfall

Paul was brilliant from start to finish of this job. He contacted me straight after I sent him my enquiry. He asked for further details and photographs, which resulted in him then sending me a quote and his availability to come and carry out the work. When onsite, Paul was really friendly, helpful and fully explained the situation and how it needed to be rectified. He went above and beyond to find out the source of the problem and came up with a clever solution and throughly cleaned up after himself.
