DCA have looked after my alarm and gate systems since the original provider decided they weren't interested anymore. And I have been delighted with their response to everything since. I needed a service contract to take over the maintenance of an alarm system that had been fitted in our new-build home - it had no such cover provided by the builder. The swiftly arranged visit to check the system and take it over on an annual contract basis was extremely informative and ended up improving the basic installation in a friendly and professional way.
