  Cutting back and tidying a very overgrown leylandii hedge that extended over an adjacent road

  Martin did a great job on cutting back and shaping the hedge so that it no longer extended into the road but without cutting back too far so that it still retained its colour. It now looks much better and is manageable.

  Patio and Fencing

  The job was to restore the garden after having had some major building work completed, and included new patio and pathways, garden fencing and a new lawn. Garden now looks great, with a number of improvements over the original (as suggested by Daniel) but taking care not to damage what was already in place. The builders left it in a good state - clean and tidy. Very good work.

  Construction of part single / part two-storey rear extension with part flat / part pitched roof.

  Work was professionally done in accordance with the plans and with good engagement with Building Control. Builders were considerate of the fact that we were living in the property while the construction was on-going and worked to minimise the disruption (as far as was possible). Daniel was very flexible and easy to deal with, and all the work was done within the original estimates. The builders were hard-working and friendly, and the work was done to a  high standard. I would definitely recommend Daniel and MDN Building Services Ltd.
