10 Garage conversion

As part of a wider scope, MDN building services converted our double garage into a new living room, using specialist steel to lift the ceiling, insulate, install underfloor heating and create an amazing new lounge. The workmanship was excellent and Daniels team finished the works on time with great attention to detail. What I particularly liked was their flexibility to modifications and adaptions throughout there process- with a positive attitude and desire to leave us happy in our new space. Daniel and MDN building services carried out an 80sqm extension to our property, on time and to excellent quality. The design required specialist steel work, new kitchen and multiple roof lights. The team works tirelessly 6 days a week to complete the works. Job location: KT11Had Daniel and his team do our decorating after completion of our loft conversion. This was done to a high standard and all repairs from the building work were repaired. Would definitely have back again and recommend9.25 Loft extension

Job location: KT11We had Daniel and his team back to build our loft conversion after they built our ground and first floor extension a few years. They are a great bunch, work extremely hard (working 8-5:30 everyday) and to a good standard. Even in these unprecedented times they kept to schedule and left us extremely happy with the new addition to our house.
