  Radiator Leak

  Adrian installed a new radiator to our extension, and once the heating was turned on, it became apparent that he failed to connect the radiator properly, which resulted in water damage to wall and floor. The paint peeled off from the wall and requires redecorating. I really do not understand how a qualified plumber cannot successfully install a radiator. Do not use.

  Had a problem with central heating called Premier as recommended by a neighbour and they arrived on time really nice team. Went straight to the issue explained everything in detail and did the job theee and then so helpful and tidy.

  Courteous and efficient

  Adrian and Eddie phoned us out of courtesy about half hour before arriving. They quickly assimilated the issue and started work straight away, dealing with a problem that many others hadn’t addressed. They discussed in detail what work had been done and how we could carry out some of the faults going forward. Extremely impressed with their work ethic and knowledge and would recommend them to others.

  Unprofessional & Disrespectful

  Adrian carried out the plumbing work for our new kitchen. When connecting the kitchen tap, water started pouring from the finished kitchen ceiling. After cutting a large hole in the ceiling to find the source, he discovered that he had left a pipe unconnected during his first-fix work. This was a careless & basic error, which caused significant water damage. Instead of taking responsibility for his mistake, he became confrontational & used abusive language. Adrian was unprofessional, disrespectful, & unwilling to put right his mistakes. I would not recommend him under any circumstances.

  Untrue! We've already replaced ceiling section, and had decorator booked to sand/paint. Unfortunately Ryan tried to milk the situation which resulted in a mutual heated discussion. Whats also omitted is we wavered a far higher invoice than repair bill.

  Premier Heating Epsom were excellent from start to finish. They gave a quick quote after a home visit, helped with finance, and booked an immediate install. Adrian and his son arrived on time, did a clean and tidy job, explained everything clearly, and handled all paperwork. They were polite, professional, and came back the next day to fix a small pressure issue. The boiler is working perfectly. Best quote I got—better than national firms. Highly recommend them!
