  Professional, Precise, and Exceptionally Thorough

  I had been frustrated by an ongoing heating system problem and had no end of "experts" come to look at it. Trouble was, no one looked at the system as a whole, it was either the boiler or the pipework and the boiler man said it was not the boiler and the pipework/rads man said it was not the pipework. In summary, Paul came in and looked at the whole thing, did a series of diagnostics across the whole system and found the problem. He worked quietly, methodically, efficiently and explained everything clearly. A huge relief! Bishops will be 1st port of call in future. Thank you Paul

  Replacing toilet siphon

  A previous plumber had attempted the job and was defeated and his solution was to replace the whole toilet. The problem was that the wing nuts had rusted on and he couldn't remove them. Glen took up the challenge and did a fantastic job. He communicated perfectly and not only did he replace the siphon but I actually ended up with a better installation than before. I have decided to make G8 my No. 1 point of call in future.

  Replace Fascia and Guttering

  Sickness prevented start on due date, but I was advised and was happy with that as these things happen. Everything was done professionally. The only thing I was surprised about was that they finished early afternoon. But was in no hurry to get the job done as the extra days did not impact on price.
