  Professional, Precise, and Exceptionally Thorough

  I had been frustrated by an ongoing heating system problem and had no end of "experts" come to look at it. Trouble was, no one looked at the system as a whole, it was either the boiler or the pipework and the boiler man said it was not the boiler and the pipework/rads man said it was not the pipework. In summary, Paul came in and looked at the whole thing, did a series of diagnostics across the whole system and found the problem. He worked quietly, methodically, efficiently and explained everything clearly. A huge relief! Bishops will be 1st port of call in future. Thank you Paul

  Paul came around for a quote and he was very polite and professional. The quote seemed honest and the job was booked quickly the next day. The quality of the job has met expectations so would definitely recommend this company for any plumbing work!

  Professional, thorough and considerate boiler installation

  We just had a boiler installed by Dave, working for Bishop Home Improvement. He was professional, friendly and considerate of others in the house. He did a really good, thorough job, installing the boiler and re-connecting it to our Nest System, and disposing of the old boiler and any associated rubbish. He explained how it worked, and the associated paperwork. A real pleasure having such a decent, intelligent and skilled person in our house to do such an important job. Very happy to recommend him.

  These guys get the job done properly

  We had our boiler replaced and from the beginning Paul explained everything and couldn't have been more helpful. He managed to get it fitted really quickly which was great as our old boiler was dangerous. Dave who came to install the boiler was really friendly, did the job to a great standard and was respectful of our house. I would not go to anyone else now and I will never use British Gas again. 100% recommend!

  very professional...visited house prior to quoting, which others didn't. Very prompt in scheduling work, arriving as advised. kept us updated and explained the work being done as he went along. excellent work.
