  Steve did a wonderful job of supplying and installing our new water softener. From coming out to survey the house and quote to install was really quick. Lovely friendly guy who we will look forward to having back for servicing and supply of salt in the future!

  Steve did a wonderful job repairing my ecowater softener. He is very knowledgeable, had all the spare parts needed with him and completed the job to a high standard. I will definitely be calling him again if needed for anything in future!

  Excellent water softener and boiling tap installation

  Steve did an excellent job installing a Kinetico water softener and a Qettle boiling and filtered water tap. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. His plumbing work was very neat and thorough, with minimal disruption. We are very pleased with the completed installation. Would highly recommend.

  Steve came to quote for our water softener and explained all the options. He gave a very good quote and came to install a week later. He worked quickly and efficiently, tidied up all the mess and explained how to use the system. I would highly recommend Softwater Solutions for water softeners.

  We began with a home visit to check out options and was given clear info on pros and cons of different models and different price points, all very clear. The water softener was being installed mid-renovation but instillation was easy enough with this gentleman going the extra mile (and then a few more extra miles) to get us sorted. Thanks!
