Chris Minnis ,the engineer came to resolve a water leak which was ongoing for last 2 weeks and visited by 4 plumbers before. Landlord repeatedly ignored emails for work to be done on taps and to investigate ceiling leak. Put a request on this website, less than 10 minutes had a call from Burton. Same day appointment, 20 minutes to fix taps and discover issue with ceiling leak. Fabulous work, reasonable price, extremely happy and would recommend. Scott and Paul were friendly, helpful and worked quickly and efficiently in the dark and wet to fix a split water main. They made very little mess and cleaned everything up afterwards. 9 New runners on shower door required.

Job location: NN11when the techs arrived they quickly assessed the situatio. parts were ordered and they returned and fitted new runners onto the shower door.
