I called for the emergency plumber when the water main inside the house sprung a leak. James turned up on time at 6.00pm. He was cheerful and competent, he sized up the job, explained what he planned to do and set to work. He did an excellent job in a slightly difficult situation remaining positive throughout. Engineers Chris and Scott from Burtons Plumbling came to repair our stopcock which had a leak. It was tricky as it involved digging up our kitchen floor which was tiled.
