  Concealed cistern replacement

  The concealed cistern in the toilet of our main bathroom wouldn't refill on occasions. FastFix responded very quickly and came and gave a quote when promised. Deano, who did the work, explained the problem and the options for correction. We agreed the date and he arrived on time. He worked very quickly and efficiently, explaining what was going to happen about the water been off etc as he went along. Very good work by a very friendly and knowledgable plumber. Highly recommended.

  The mixer tap in our kitchen was dripping so Plamen replaced it with a new one. He was very friendly and courteous but also worked very efficiently with little fuss or delay. Everything was tidied up afterwards and he took the old mixer tap away with him which was ideal. We were very pleased with his work.

  We have used Chris a number of times now and it is always a very good experience. He responds quickly, turns up on time and keeps us informed leading up to the work being done. He works quickly and efficiently and the end result is always first class. Highly recommended.

  Removing 3 dead trees

  This was the second time Charlie has done work for us and we were just as pleased with the work this time. He removed 3 dead trees. The work was done very quickly and when they were finished you wouldn't have known they had been there as they put a lot of effort into cleaning and tidying. Very highly recommended and I would definitely use them again.

  Repairs to a block paving drive and patio cleaning

  Martin and his guys jet washed my block paving drive, fixed a dip, re-cemented around some manhole covers, tidied all the edges, repainted the side gate and fence and re-sanded everything. They then jet washed the patio, tidying all the edges and pruning all the bushes. The end result was brilliant. Martin kept me informed at all times and offered a lot of ideas which were all useful. His guys really put a shift in and made sure that everything was cleaned away at the end. Very highly recommended and I would use them again.

  Rahib responded very quickly to my request for an EPC and we easily agreed a date and time. He arrived a few minutes early and quickly and efficiently went about his work, explaining as he went what he was doing and what he needed from me. He recorded everything as he went so the certificate was uploaded before he left. Very impressed and highly recommended.

  Gutter cleaning

  Got them in to clean out all of the gutters around the house and conservatory. The guy who did the work explained what he was going to do very clearly and was friendly and cheerful. He really got on with the work even though it was a very hot day. Very happy with the work he did. Highly recommended.

  Responded very quickly to my request. Agreed a date and time slot. The electrician arrived on time, assessed the jobs (install a replacement light, fix a light that had loose wiring, attached another light fitting to the ceiling properly, replaced two smoke alarms and one heat alarm), agreed an approach and gave a price. The work was completed quickly and he kept me informed of any problems or decisions that needed to be made along the way. Very happy with the results. Recommended.

  Max has been servicing our boiler for a number of years now so we asked him to replace the taps in the cloakroom, replace a toilet flush button and replace a sink pop up plug. As always, Max worked quickly and efficiently overcoming any problems as he went. The end result was very good. He made sure that we reviewed the work together and checked that we were happy that he had left everything clean and tidy before he left. High quality work and a pleasant person to deal with. Highly recommended.
