  Chris came on recommendation from one of my wife's clients. The window lock mechanism had broken in two places. He managed to fix the mechanism with an old lock that he had saved for a rainy day. He almost gave up, but had enough pride in his work to give it one last go. Success. Would use Chris again if in need.
