  Replaced two light fittings, and corrected some poor wiring which was noticed during the job.

  Communication was good and professional. Pat was punctual and efficient. He carried out the job and did a little extra work on noticing some poor wiring. He was respectful of our newborn who was in the house at the time. He cleaned up after the job was finished leaving the house as he found it.

  Blocked Kitchen Gulley

  They were quick to answer my request (at the house within two hours) and swiftly identified the problem causing the blockage, cleared it effectively and cleaned up after the job was finished. They also offered some useful advice and information on our drainage system and how to maintain it/what to look out for. Would highly recommend.

  Replacement of roof after emergency repair of roof leading.

  ARK roofers were very quick to visit the property and diagnose the cause of our leak. They were able to repair this next day. During the repair, they noticed a further issue. The issue was explained well and they gave us options of how to go forward. After choosing a replacement of the felting and beams, the repair was done efficiently (within 24 hours) and professionally. A special mention to Paul (the predominant roofer from ARK) who was really friendly and helpful and gave good advice about roofing for any potential future issues.

  Leaky sink and toilet flush

  A very friendly workman who was polite and efficient. He was happy to answer my questions and explain how the tap and toilet worked and what had gone wrong. He gave good advice for maintenance of our sink and toilet and inspiration and advice for future work we would like to be done in our house. He arrived promptly and was responsive to communications.
