  Isolation valve rounded and replaced

  Johnny was great at communicating booking and a fair quote. was able to complete the job in 30 minutes even due to issues of the placement of the valve. Every issue that arised, Johnny was able to find a solution to the issue. made great small talk and was able to explain what was happening throughout. definitely would use again in the future.

  Toilet not flushing

  My Toilet would not flush and had been continuously filling with water prior to this. I contact Johnny at 7:30am and he was at my house by 9:00am and the job was completed in the one visit. Johnny was friendly, knowledgeable and talked me through what the issue was (without being condescending) and (despite the other issues that cropped up with the bathroom), managed to get the whole job done in a timely manner. I cannot recommend Johnny enough and will definitely be calling him for all my future jobs without hesitation. Thank you Johnny!!!
