10 Toilet not flushing

My Toilet would not flush and had been continuously filling with water prior to this. I contact Johnny at 7:30am and he was at my house by 9:00am and the job was completed in the one visit. Johnny was friendly, knowledgeable and talked me through what the issue was (without being condescending) and (despite the other issues that cropped up with the bathroom), managed to get the whole job done in a timely manner. Absolute lifesaver! Johnny was quick to respond to an initial call-out and came back the next day to finish the job. He was very friendly and professional. Johnny responded the same day and was able to look at the water tank the following day. He talked me through what he had found and fixed the issues to a high standard.
