Johnny responded the same day and was able to look at the water tank the following day. He talked me through what he had found and fixed the issues to a high standard. Toilet brush was lodged deep within the toilet. Only took 50 minutes, showed the problem and took care of everything. Made sure everything was re-sealed as it wasn't done correct when first built. Gave good advice for care for these type of toilets as well.Verified reviewerJob location: PE28
