  A mystery drain issue…

  When our sink started to back up, our dishwasher wouldn’t empty and water started seeping up through the floor, we were panicked to say the least. We were giving Jordan’s contact details and he came out to help us as soon as possible. He consistently checked in to ask for progress on the drains (whilst we had to save up for the repair) and made sure that we knew every step of what was happening. He was always fair when discussing pricing and realistic when we discovered previous shoddy building work had caused the issue. Jordan and his team were fantastic. Thanks again for your help!

  Bathroom smell

  Unblocking a rain water drain in the garden and replacing the damaged pipes etc

  Jordan was brilliant. He took up the job at short notice despite his busy schedule. First came over quickly after the call, analysed and solved the blockage issue. Then suggested actions that it would be good to future proof the area from further blockages etc. Once given the go ahead he and his team quickly worked the following day to complete the change of pipe, joints etc and also ran a camera to check the condition of the soak-away. It was important to complete this job urgently due to work ongoing in the garden which could have been impacted. Interactions were professional and courteous.
