Jordan was brilliant. He took up the job at short notice despite his busy schedule. First came over quickly after the call, analysed and solved the blockage issue. Then suggested actions that it would be good to future proof the area from further blockages etc. Once given the go ahead he and his team quickly worked the following day to complete the change of pipe, joints etc and also ran a camera to check the condition of the soak-away. It was important to complete this job urgently due to work ongoing in the garden which could have been impacted.
