10 Flat roof renewed, skylight fitted

We wanted to fit a skylight in the kitchen that has a flat roof. The edge slopes and is tiled, and some of the tiles needed replaced and the timber renewing. We also replaced the felt and timber on the flat roof. During the work, we also took the decision to insulate the roof. Ryan’s team were always punctual and worked incredibly hard to get all the work turned around in a week. They also took the time to explain the processes they were using and how the materials were installed to me which I really appreciated. I completed a lot of research before contacting Ark after my neighbours had a horrific experience with another roofing company. Ryan took the time to show me the problem using his drone and provided a quote that was accurate and reasonably priced. The whole job from initial quote to completion, including scaffolding being erected and taken down was under two weeks. If like me you are cautious about not being ripped off and finding a decent roofer, then I can’t recommended enough the services of Ark, Ryan and his team. Ark roofing worked very efficiently clearing the old roofing on the house and garage they organised the scaffolding and delivery of all materials they took three days on the main roof and two days on the garage they cleared away any rubbish and made everything tidy and safe each day, the manager was in contact with us every day would recommend them to anyone.Verified reviewerJob location: CB22
