  John did a fantastic job. Great communication, job done quickly and professionally and, after coming round to measure up and provide a quote, at a very fair price. Made sure the window and site was clean afterwards. I would highly recommend - far, far better than those big companies that pressurise you into making a decision and to do work that you had no desire to do.

  Jim was in touch very promptly and communicated clearly. The person who came to do the job was friendly, professional and a good communicator and overall I was very happy with the work done. Labour fees were reasonable. The lock and keys were a little expensive but of course that’s market rate.

  Paul did a fantastic job. We had what turned out to be mice in the attic and in the walls of the house. Paul was very thorough and professional in looking at every area where rodents might be present. He blocked up holes they could Use to get in and out and visited a number of times to ensure that they were taking the bait. He was friendly and communicated well and charged a reasonable price for the job.

  Repair of bathroom tiles

  Some tiles in our bathroom needed to be repaired after a recent heat pump installation. Jerzy was an excellent communicator and very friendly. The work was carried out punctually, efficiently and very professionally. The rate for the work was very reasonable and Jerzy really went the extra mile. Would highly recommend his services and I will certainly use JK Build again in future.

  Airing Cupboard Building and Wall Strengthening

  Sam had previously done work for us removing the old airing cupboard prior to installation of an airpump and water cylinder. This job was to build a new airing cupboard and strengthen a crumbling wall so that a new radiator could be hung. Sam and his assistant were highly professional, punctual and tidy and it was a pleasure to have them in the house as they worked. The work was completed in good time to a very high standard. The airing cupboard looks great. The cost of the work was both appropriate and reasonable and I would highly recommend their services.

  Chimney capping
