  Replacing cast iron downpipe and fittings

  Required a replacement cast iron down pipe and fittings at the rear elevation of the house. Found Matt of Prolux roofing via checkatrade. Matt responded very quickly after job was posted, requested a few photographs to be sent. On receiving the photographs he advised he could undertake the job next day and quoted a competitive price. After accepting his verbal price he arrived the next day and undertook the work. Excellent communication, very professional and tidy and work carried out to a professional standard. Would thoroughly recommend his company and would not hesitate in using him again

  Whenever I find a good tradesman, I'm reluctant to give them a 5 star review, as I don't want them to get too busy or too expensive for when I need them again. In this case, I'm moving out of the area so happy to share the hidden gem that is Matt and his teams at Prolux. No job too small, or too big it seems. Proper grafter and good guy.

  Loft condensation and roof leak
