4 Late and bodged my door

Had a lock changed. Young lad who did it was very late two days in a row, had to gaffer tape my front door back together after the work was completed, and then had the cheek to charge me for carpentry.Verified reviewerJob location: SW4 10 Lock changes

Had a really great experience with Jim. He was able to come out and replace my lock same day after my key snapped off inside and then a few days later when a manufacturing issue caused the lock to jam, he came out and replaced it again free of charge.
