We noticed hornets were buzzing around the soffit board so called Paul, described the problem, and he arrived within an hour. After gearing up he soon had it under control. We appreciated his prompt response, together with his pleasant and efficient manner. Paul came out after we had seen mice throughout the property. Attended the same day as enquiry was made and was very thorough in finding and blocking any potential entry points for the rodents. Poison was also put down in all rooms. At the follow up appointment everything was checked again and there is no signs of anymore mice entering the house, so it would seem Paul did locate and block any entry points.
