  Our experience working with Pavlo was simply excellent. He provided a detailed, transparent quote, helped us to find ways to bring the project under budget, then sent clear invoices which showed the progress of each task. The team worked hard, were considerate around the house, and the quality of their work was first rate - we are thrilled with the result. In particular, Pavlo’s attention to detail is just excellent - he made sure we were happy with every element of the design, and suggested small finishing touches which we absolutely love. We’re already planning our next project with him.

  Simply 1st class service from start to finish. Paul took time to explain the different options to us and what would best achieve the look we wanted in our period property - without once trying to upsell us. He really knows his stuff and I’m so glad we took his advice - the result looks fantastic. He clearly takes pride in his work, taking real care during installation and ensuring an excellent result. Communication throughout was also faultless, we didn’t have to chase for an update once. I would absolutely use Prime Shutters again.

  Wasp Nest Removal

  RM Pestokill were excellent. They replied to our initial query within half an hour and came out to our house that same day - despite being a Saturday! Once they arrived they were very professional, removed the wasp nest quickly, inspected the loft for any others, sprayed the area to deter the wasps from returning, then left everything clean and tidy. 1st class service from start to finish - would definitely contact them again if needed.

  Joseph and the team were fantastic from start to finish, clearly explained the works so we knew what to expect, and completed everything exactly on schedule. They were also just really polite and friendly, which makes a difference when someone’s in your house for a few days! Would definitely use them again if we had the same issue on another property.

  Garden Clearance

  We moved into a new house which had been vacant for more than 6 months, so the garden was rather wild! Michael did an absolutely brilliant job in clearing it for us, removing a number of large bushes which had died, and just cutting back those that were healthy. He also offered us advice on how to restore the lawn which had suffered from the blocked sunlight. Overall he did a fantastic job.

  Repair damage to polished/sealed floorboards

  Jasen & Jon were simply brilliant! The movers dropped a piano when the previous owners left, leaving a hole in the polished/sealed floorboards. Jasen & Jon inspected the boards and joists around the hole to confirm there was no woodworm or dry rot, it was just impact damage. They then set to work replacing the board, sanding it down and matching the stain. The quality of their work was outstanding, you cannot tell which board has been replaced (they were also very kind to a worried new homeowner!) I will absolutely be calling them again to re-sand and finish the whole floor in the future.

  Carpet Cleaning

  We arranged a carpet cleaning before moving into our new house as it had been empty for some time. Claudio was very quick in responding to messages about arranging the clean, then equally prompt and efficient in carrying it out. The work was to a very good standard - the carpets certainly benefited from their refresh! Would definitely use them again.
