  I chose Prime Home Shutters after carefully comparing a few companies, and I’m so glad I did! Their communication was excellent, they were patient while I shopped around, and they explained everything clearly. They were so helpful and met all our needs. During installation, they were incredibly patient and careful with my one-year-old running around! They were friendly, polite and great to have around. They kept everything clean and took all packaging and mess away. The shutters look amazing & I’m so happy with the result! I would 100% recommend them. Wishing this lovely couple all the best ♥️

  Outstanding service from start to finish. Paul and Michelle were punctual, polite, and clearly take real pride in their work. Paul, the owner, measured up himself and both he and his wife carried out the installation — no third parties involved. The shutters look fantastic: perfect fit and flawless finish. Communication was excellent throughout, with clear timelines and updates. Installation was tidy, efficient, and done with real care. We’re delighted with the result and would highly recommend this company for anyone wanting premium shutters and a smooth, stress‑free experience.

The entire process was professional, smooth, and stress-free, with competitive pricing and prompt, helpful communication throughout. Paul and Michelle were fantastic to work with, demonstrating great care, expertise, and attention to detail from measuring through to installation. The installation was flawless, and the finished shutters have exceeded our expectations.
