Ramy carried out a moth fumigation in my flat. I paid upfront for 3 sessions however only 2 sessions were completed. I texted Ramy on 4 separate occasions asking to book the final session but never received a response. I mentioned I would have to leave a review stating this. I am yet to see if the 2 sessions worked because the treatment was carried out over winter and the moths appear in spring/summer. Ramy was also very late for one of the sessions which cannot be helped but was a little annoying as we had made plans (as you need to be out of the flat).
