He came twice—first to inspect and block any holes, and safely laid poison with care around the kids. When I saw a rat a few days later (on a Sunday!), he came straight away, found it, and showed us the dead rat to reassure us. He was calm, patient, and made the whole family feel safe. After trying for months to rid our kitchen of an infestation of small flies, without success, we called Roni who came promptly and diagnosed them as drain flies. Ronnie did a great job and was reliable. After the first visit the problem was resolved, however, they do a second visit to be certain.
