This company was one of two Checkatrade companies I contacted for a loft ladder replacement (the current one was old, defective & had no SWL label). The 2nd didn’t answer. I contacted a third non-Checkatrade company who visited to survey, but were significantly more expensive. This company offered the best quote. Their office staff were helpful, professional & polite, & offered a good choice of install dates. The fitter, likewise was polite, professional, & most of all very tidy. Great experience from start to finish! All arrived on time. The guys worked so hard. Boarded loft, Installed Shelves, Fitted ladder and Installed 2 LED strip lights. Completed everything in 3 hours. No mess or fuss. Cleaned after themselves. We are really happy with the work.
