  Installed today. We will use the charger we supplied tonight but initial impressions are positive. Engineer arrived bang on time, did the job neatly and tidily and the quote was reasonable. A text charge following install was successful. Great comms and a courteous company to deal with.

  At very short notice Keytek got someone on site to diagnose a faulty front door lock, replace it and have us up and running again within a few hours. Very good service indeed.

  Cistern repair

  Had to repair a slow running cistern. Replaced the cistern valve, cleaned out the water flow areas to remove scale, and removed/refitted WC pan. All work done nicely with no issues.

  Very poor enquiry review and quoting

  A very, very bad experience with ADM Plastering. Having provided a clear brief via Checkatrade, plus a set of four pictures and a phone conversation, a price was agreed and a date set. When the plasterer arrived on the 29th April to do the job he felt that the job needed two people, and they didn't have enough protective sheeting for the floor. What followed was the office insisting they did not have the information to quote (which was untrue), then saying they made a mistake and could re-quote etc. etc. In summary, a poor enquiry review and even worse quoting says beware this business.

  Did the job exactly as discussed, plus gave very a good explanation of the changes that had been made. While here they also did some other small jobs not originally on the list. Very happy with the final result and will not hesitate to use them again for further works.

  Complete refit of a master bedroom en suite.

  We are very happy with the end result. The en suite is exactly what we were looking for. Certainly not the cheapest fitter in town, and you do need to be flexible with your timescale expectations, but our end result is very good indeed.
