  Fix toilet constantly running and leaking tap

  Excellent communication from start to finish, suggested I get a replacement tap before the visit incase it needed replacing. Tap did need replacement so this saved a repeat visit. Toilet fixed without any new parts, so just labour costs there, so spent less than I thought it was going to be. Will definitely use Edd again.

  Leaking toilet

  Unknown leak in Ensuite. Originally thought likely be shower but due shower not being used in week unlikely still be leaking. Further investigation showed damp around toilet and wood behind the toilet was damp so required the pan connector nedding replaced. Hopefully that fixed the leak and just need to fix the issues that the leak has damaged after drying out the moisture in the room.

  Airing cupboard water tank

  Edd worked on a bank holiday Monday! No extra charges tho. He replaced a very awkward placed tank with no fuss. He’s very knowledgeable, tidy and friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone with plumbing issues

  Multiple plumbing jobs and bathroom refits

  This is a long overdue review for Ed who has helped us on a number of projects as part of our house renovation, from removing very old and dated bathrooms and pipework to 2nd fix installations of bathrooms, toilets, vanity units, you name it. There's a reason we've used Ed for all the work and in essence it's all that you would hope for in a plumber - reliability, pride in his work (which is quality incidentally), honest, trustworthy and a pleasure to have in the house. The wife said he now feels part of the family! He's worked with us throughout the renovation and around us when required.
