  We contacted Aquaheat to have our heating system changed, in an annexe next to our house, from a Nest to a Hive. Connor and another engineer came out and were both brilliant, very helpful and knowledgeable. However, the system didn't work correctly in our house and Aquaheat told me they would order another part to try and rectify this. Since then they haven't returned any of my emails. We are left having paid over £500 for a system that cannot be controlled in the annexe and a thermostat that only works in the main house - not dissimilar from the Nest that we were replacing. Very disappointing

  Outstanding services.

  Having had previous work done by Aqua Heat, their work was outstanding- we have had to have a new boiler installation and as tenants did not get a choice of company used, otherwise Aqua heat would have been our number 1 choice. We then requested to have Aqua heat over see a very badly done job by another company. Josh and Rhys have attended the property and paid extra attention to detail, stayed out of hours in very difficult and awkward circumstances and would not leave until they had complete customer satisfaction with a guarantee to come back and rectify another companies work.   Fixed boiler when we had no heating or hot water

  Josh and Connor were so helpful both on the phone in giving ideas about that the problem could be but also on explaining what he was doing when he was fixing it. Was punctual and friendly, would definitely recommend as people you can trust.

  Underfloor heating not working.

  Josh took my call. Within just a few hours he’d arranged for Connor to come and look at the underfloor heating. He fixed it within the hour call out charge. We were super impressed and so grateful. Lovely man. The whole experience was faultless. Thoroughly recommend. Don’t hesitate to call them.

  Upgrade to a pressurised CH system plus power flushing

  Did the job exactly as discussed, plus gave very a good explanation of the changes that had been made. While here they also did some other small jobs not originally on the list. Very happy with the final result and will not hesitate to use them again for further works.
