  I couldn’t be happier with the team who redid the roof on my outbuilding. They were absolutely wonderful from start to finish — polite, punctual, and clearly committed to working to the very best of their ability. The quality of their work really shows, and it was reassuring to have such a professional and respectful team on site. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication, and I would most definitely reach out to them again in the future. Highly recommended. Joe met with me, gave an honest quote, explained how I could save money, and his genuine trustworthiness put me at ease.

  Reliable and trustworthy

  We have used Universal Home Improvements twice now for two different roofing jobs.. the second time we had a leak and the weather was turning bad .. Joe came straight away. The work was excellent.. the lads were so tidy and trustworthy.. family members have used the company and been equally happy.. thanx

  Universeal understood my needs.

  I was looking for a complete roof replacement. I needed a good job done well that was going to last. I needed a chimney removing and I wanted new roof windows installing too. Universeal was one of the few representatives to visit me and to discuss my requirements face to face and they were the only contractors that offered a guarantee. I was glad the work could start within two weeks of agreeing the price. During the works a couple of unexpected problems cropped up but I was always consulted when discussing options. The workers didn't hang around ! The work was all completed within 4 days.

  Professional, well priced and great service

  We were so impressed with the speed Joseph from Universal Home Improvements came round, looked at the roofing job, gave us advice about what needed to be done and then got a quote to us in hours. They were reasonably priced and we felt confident the job would be done well. It was, the very next day. Great service from a polite, well informed owner who takes pride in his team’s work.

  Ecellent experience

  We have a 4 bedroom double storey house which required the moss on the roof to be removed, gutters cleared and fascia boards cleaned. The team came in when planned, worked safely, were polite and very hard working. They did a fantastic job and our overall experience was first class.

  The owner Joe is brilliant in his service delivery. He arrived for the first appointment on time. He assessed the work and placed 2 great workmen Jimmy and Josh in charge. The guys arrived each day and I was able to discuss the days work with them, then they cracked on without delay. They stated the amount of time to do the work, what they would do and completed it. They were very respectful and polite. This job was value for money and I will always use Universeal Homes. Joe is well connected and has all-round awareness in house development and repair.
