  The main guy came a week earlier and gave me a quote with two options. The quote was the middle of three quotes I received. I took up the offer and the work was carried out very cleanly. The workers were very polite and explained what they were going to do as they were carrying out the work. No delays, no hassle. Left the place nice and clean.

  Really pleased with the roofing work carried out. The team were professional, reliable, and clearly knew what they were doing. Communication was great throughout, and the job was completed to a high standard with no fuss. Would definitely recommend to others.

  We are very pleased with the roofing works carried out by Joe, Josh, Jimmy and the team at Universal Home Improvements. From start to finish, communication was excellent. All queries were responded to patiently and in a timely manner, which gave us great peace of mind throughout the project. The team also cooperated very well with Building Regulation inspections. They were professional during inspections and able to answer all questions raised clearly and confidently, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall, a reliable, professional, and responsive team!

  I couldn’t be happier with the team who redid the roof on my outbuilding.
