  Roof covering replacement and chimney stack removal

  We are very pleased with the roofing works carried out by Joe, Josh, Jimmy and the team at Universal Home Improvements. From start to finish, communication was excellent. All queries were responded to patiently and in a timely manner, which gave us great peace of mind throughout the project. The team also cooperated very well with Building Regulation inspections. They were professional during inspections and able to answer all questions raised clearly and confidently, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall, a reliable, professional, and responsive team!

  The scaffolding was very well laid out with safety clearly prioritised. It provided excellent and secure access for the roofing contractors, which made the works much more efficient and safe throughout the project. Very well organised and professionally done!
