  Structural Failure, Leaks and Poor Finish

  I hired this trader based on his high Checkatrade rating, but the work failed within 2 months. An engineering review found critical defects: shower waste has four 90-degree bends and the sink has five, causing drainage failure. The system lacks air admittance valves and has an active leak. The shower tray has a reverse fall, plus chipped tiles and poor grouting throughout. The work breaches Building Regulations and requires a total strip-out. An inconsistent invoice was issued only after warning of legal dispute. Irrefutable video evidence is ready for court. Not recommended. Too much problems

  Thank you for your feedback. This matter has already been reviewed by Checkatrade and the case has been formally closed without any findings against me or my company. I strongly dispute the claims made in this review. At no point during the works did the customer raise any formal complaints regarding “critical defects” or request a structural report while I was on site. I was also willing to return and address any concerns, however access was refused and instead a demand for a full refund was made.   Bathroom refurbishment

  Toni and his team did an amazing job on our bathroom. They were very professional, punctual and were very accommodating with our last minute requests. Their job was fantastic and they tidied up after themselves every evening. I would totally recommend Toni's construction team. We are very happy with our bathroom and will be using Toni and his team on further renovation projects.

  The work was carried out in the time stated . The team were brilliant , work done to an extremely high standard , tidied and cleaned up after themselves. Very helpful . I cannot fault them at all and would highly recommend them to anyone

  Tonis team completed the work on schedule and kept me updated throughout the project. I'm very happy with the finished result – the new layout is efficient and looks modern and stylish.: I have worked with Toni's several times and they provide warranty and support to their customers.
