I hired this trader based on his high Checkatrade rating, but the work failed within 2 months. An engineering review found critical defects: shower waste has four 90-degree bends and the sink has five, causing drainage failure. The system lacks air admittance valves and has an active leak. The shower tray has a reverse fall, plus chipped tiles and poor grouting throughout. The work breaches Building Regulations and requires a total strip-out. An inconsistent invoice was issued only after warning of legal dispute. Irrefutable video evidence is ready for court. Not recommended. Too much problems

This matter has already been reviewed by Checkatrade and the case has been formally closed without any findings against me or my company.
I strongly dispute the claims made in this review. At no point during the works did the customer raise any formal complaints regarding “critical defects” or request a structural report while I was on site. I was also willing to return and address any concerns, however access was refused and instead a demand for a full refund was made.
