  Structural Failure, Leaks and Poor Finish

  I hired this trader based on his high Checkatrade rating, but the work failed within 2 months. An engineering review found critical defects: shower waste has four 90-degree bends and the sink has five, causing drainage failure. The system lacks air admittance valves and has an active leak. The shower tray has a reverse fall, plus chipped tiles and poor grouting throughout. The work breaches Building Regulations and requires a total strip-out. An inconsistent invoice was issued only after warning of legal dispute. Irrefutable video evidence is ready for court. Not recommended. Too much problems
