I had a great experience with Sam, he visited me promptly to listen to what I wanted and provided information and a quote the same day. We then scheduled in the work and it was completed by Sam and his college to a very high standard within the time agreed and cost quoted. The floor got placed - good job in some parts, not great in others. Took much longer than anticipated. One day they didn’t show up (when the job was already late) and they didn’t let us know until 9:30am that day. Keep finding issues with the floor and the skirting is not great. Already having the skirting replaced at a huge cost. We were told the gaps in the skirting would be closed - that didn’t happen. We did have a chevron wooden floor installed - I guess it’s a boring job if you do most of the house as was the case with us. But I am disappointed.Verified reviewerJob location: KT12
