The floor got placed - good job in some parts, not great in others. Took much longer than anticipated. One day they didn’t show up (when the job was already late) and they didn’t let us know until 9:30am that day. Keep finding issues with the floor and the skirting is not great. Already having the skirting replaced at a huge cost. We were told the gaps in the skirting would be closed - that didn’t happen. We did have a chevron wooden floor installed - I guess it’s a boring job if you do most of the house as was the case with us. They did a great job laying LVT in our living room / kitchen and hallway. Very accommodating and helpful, ensuring minimal disruption and made the timings work for our family.
