Sam built a pergola for me but unfortunately he massively overestimated the time and materials required. I paid because I didn't want him to be out of pocket, but he then refused to refund me anything. 40 emails and nearly a year later the court have found in my favour, but he has still not paid what the court says he owes. To cap it all off, the pergola was not fit for putpose and I had to have the roof replaced.

Sam came to lay LVT in our new extension & kitchen/living area. From the outset, communication was good & we are very pleased with the end result. Would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience with Sam, he visited me promptly to listen to what I wanted and provided information and a quote the same day. We then scheduled in the work and it was completed by Sam and his college to a very high standard within the time agreed and cost quoted. I wouldn't hesitate to use The First Step Flooring company again.
