Leather sofa had several patches missing due to wear abs tear. Steve repaired all of these abs the finished result is excellent. Cannot see any repair was needed!

Superb service. The chair was in a rather sorry state. Steve has done a wonderful job with new leather that's an excellent match. I really thought the chair was beyond hope, it's now like new. Brilliant job.

We asked Steve to upholster our dining room chairs, and unlike others, he personally picked them up and delivered them once done. We were so impressed with his work and speed that we had him create a matching cushion cover and table runner. Steve exceeded expectations again, delivering high-quality items with neat piping, a zip, and perfect hems. It was a pleasure to work with him, and I highly recommend him to everyone. I'm already thinking of my next project for him!

The quality of finished work was excellent and options were discussed in terms of filling for the cushion and type of feet. Date for collection and delivery were discussed (two different locations) and collection happened on time. Had to phone to confirm date for delivery and this was delayed because they found additional work was required. While I was happy for the additional work to be done - because you never know what your going to find when stripping old furniture - i would have preferred to be told before the date of delivery because I had already arranged collection of other sofa.

Arranged two appointments. Steve attended neither. Contacted him on the first occasion to ask where he was and he said he was ill (so, why didn’t he just telephone to tell me?). Rearranged the appointment and again he failed to turn up and no contact made. Rang him but phone not answered so left voicemail message. No call back so rang again - this time no reply and no voicemail option. Texted him but no response. That’s plain rude in my book and very annoying I note from previous reviews that this is not unusual. Avoid at all costs.

The work was carried out to a high standard. The webbing was renewed and the loosening leather seats and back were tightened. No hesitation in recommending Steve Holland for a job completed promptly and within budget.
