  Excellent work by Steve

  Steve was here this morning to fix the sagging seats on my leather sofa. He arrived bang on time, did an excellent job, and he was so pleasant to talk to. He explained everything that he was doing which I appreciated. I am already thinking about getting another sofa done.

  Stevie was very easy to talk to, communication from him was really very good. He was reliable and turned up on time both at his initial inspection visit and on the day he carried out the work. The only reason I have not given 10 out of 10 for the work itself is because I have not had a chance to check it out yet. Thanks again Stevie.
