  Nat arrived on time and quickly got to work. He made adjustments to work already carried out as he said it would work better. He hung the curtains to the rails, and it was job done.

  Curtain rail fitting

  Nat hung the rail up and made a few adjustments to the way it had originally been put up to put less strain on the rail. He then hung the curtains that I had gathered up and put the curtain hooks ready to hang the curtains. Good communication and pleasant too.

  Repair and re render a flank wall

  Marc came to give me a quote, I had requested quite a number of quotes, and was beginning to think it might be an idea to postpone till later in year. Quote came in on time, and the work commenced on time. He also acted as project manager bringing in other trades that were required, electrician rerouting solar panel cables, roofer for coping stone and lead work problems. All the time he kept me informed and explained to me the processes as they occurred. He went over and above required service when my garage doors blew off my garage during storm Isha turning up to secure it at night.

  Power flush to heating system following repair under warranty.

  Was anxious to get work done asap as I has been hold that by manufacturer that this power flush was required otherwise my warranty would be invalidated.

  Can't fault installation. Communication from company could be better prior to installation. Was told I'd be phoned, but landed up having up phone company myself.
