Great experience, Shane responded quickly and was polite and professional. He easily identified the source of the leak and fixed it without issue. Have already recommended him to neighbours and would definitely contact him in the future, not only for leaks but general plumbing tasks about which he was very knowledgeable.

Shane responded very quickly to the request for quote, visited the property, identified likely source of leak a d provided a quote. Work then completed eficnetly and to high standard.

Shane answered my enquiry almost immediately and communications were regular and really helpful. Leak detected and works carried out and completed within 48 hours. Shane was experienced and knowledgable. Was kept informed of progress and plan of action throughout. Have already recommended Superior Plumbing to friends and neighbours 🙂

The plumber isolated the leak, which was behind the tiles. He suggested removing all the tiles and putting up a board to prevent futures leaks. The work took just under three weeks. In the meantime we had no working bathroom. In my opinion the work was carried out adequately. I repeated messaged Jake to put back the shower pole to the correct height and even now 6 months later I’m still waiting. Still being fobbed off because I paid the balance immediately and did not withhold any money until he had done it. I have learnt a valuable lesson with this company.

The job was for an emergency repair, and recommended plumbers weren't available. Plumber got the job done but was very slow, charging for all the time he spent slow-talking. He also constantly kept trying to upsell. Moreove, he caused accidental damage in the process of doing the work. Wouldn't use again. Would not reccommend.
