  10/10 - can’t recommend highly enough! From initial quote where they fitted in around me even after they’d had a long day, to the spore of the quote and booking the job in when it was convenient for me , the service has been excellent. The team arrived when they said they would, the guys were polite, friendly, professional and super efficient and Joe was so knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. They left everything absolutely spotless and I’m beyond delighted with the work. Will be recommending .

  10/10 - Above and beyond! Absolutely brilliant from start to finish - can’t recommend Frazer and Harry enough. Professional, expert, friendly and honest from initial quote through to job completion. Nothing was too much - went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and were determined to get everything I needed to be fixed working even though it was difficult!   Highly recommend Mark!!! Mark contacted me immediately after I put job on Check-a -trade . He arranged to come and provide a quote very quickly and was professional, friendly and clearly knowledgeable. His communication around arrangements both before he attended and on the day were exceptional and he fixed everything I needed and made me feel very comfortable. As a single mum I’m always a bit anxious however Mark made me feel at ease and explained everything in layman’s terms. His charge was very reasonable and he had ordered all the correct parts in advance so he could complete the job.

  From the prompt, friendly and professional initial contact from Lisa to arrange the appointment, to the completion of the work by Jason and his colleague I cannot recommend highly enough! They came when they agreed to, explained everything to me in terms I would understand , and completed the repair to ensure my home was secure again. Jason and his colleague were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient - and went over and above to reassure me that the house was secure which as a single mum was hugely appreciated.
