  Repair a ground floor roof that was leaking.

  Arrived on time. Explained how the job would be carried out. His team got to work on it straight away. Completed the job in a timely manner. Removed all the rubbish. Very courteous and polite. Communication was good when there was a further possible issue with the roof.

  We had a leaking shower so needed to find the source of the leak and fix it.

  The plumber isolated the leak, which was behind the tiles. He suggested removing all the tiles and putting up a board to prevent futures leaks. The work took just under three weeks. In the meantime we had no working bathroom. In my opinion the work was carried out adequately. I repeated messaged Jake to put back the shower pole to the correct height and even now 6 months later I’m still waiting. Still being fobbed off because I paid the balance immediately and did not withhold any money until he had done it. I have learnt a valuable lesson with this company.
