He broke my close coupled toilet cistern, trying to remove 2 small thin screws with plastic caps. He did NOT inform me and glued the broken off piece to the cistern and glued the cistern to the wall. He attempted to fit a standard syphon, it was the wrong size and fitted an ADAPTABLE push button instead. He extended the work time for a relatively simple job.
